The Luxtar Deutsch 4-Way Hand Crimping Tool is designed for professional installation of Deutsch DT and DTM (Size 16 closed barrel) connectors. The tool delivers consistent, smooth crimps with OEM-like quality – every time.

The fixed crimp depth is optimized for Size 16 connectors and ensures proper compression when the correct cable size is used. Perfect for vehicles, LED bars, auxiliary lights and other 12/24V systems where operational reliability is critical.

4-way crimp profile for even compression

The 4-way indent profile provides symmetrical compression around the contact, creating a strong mechanical connection and low contact resistance. The result is a tight and durable crimp sleeve that minimizes the risk of:
