XBB Smart Button

Control your lights or plugged-in equipment using a wireless push button. Communicates with your XBB Dongle via Bluetooth so you don't have to cut wires to connect a traditional wired switch.

The button can be programmed to activate or deactivate output 1 & 2 on your PowerUnits. You thus have several functions in the same button!

Below are some examples of how you could use the button

Switching off your auxiliary lights or LED ramp while the main beam is activated, e.g. during snowfall.
Switching on reversing/working lights without reversing or being in the vehicle.
Switch off the Halo function/DRL in your auxiliary lights/LED ramp.
The button can be used without loading a recipe into the XBB Dongle.
This allows you to use the XBB Dongle & XBB PowerUnit without your car model being represented in the recipe database!
Quick guide

Install the XBB Smart Button via the XBB Configurator app

Launch the XBB Configurator app (Available on Google Play or App Store.)
Connect to the XBB Dongle with your phone
Select the PowerUnit tab, then click to add a unit.
Click on Add XBB Button, XBB Dongle starts searching for the button
Press 1 time on your XBB Smart Button, click OK when the button is found
Click on settings on PowerUnit
Choose what happens on 1 or 2 presses and save your settings.

Good to know

NOTE! Only use our XBB Configurator app to connect to the button.
You can only connect 1 button to the system.
If you use 1 XBB Smart Button, you can connect a maximum of 3 XBB PowerUnit's to the system.
Pressing and holding the button for 2 seconds cancels any button presses if you are unsure whether a function is activated or not.
To change the battery, place the button on a surface and then turn the button to the left. The battery is of CR2032 type.
It is NOT waterproof.
