Luxtar Relay Cable Kit Master & Slave is an innovative and high-performance relay cable kit developed for modern vehicles with CAN bus.

It is designed for those who want to get the most out of their XBB OBD-II Dongle and XBB PowerUnit. Thanks to an intelligent Master & Slave system with dual relays, you can connect powerful LED bars and auxiliary lights - without having to install another separate relay cable set.

Therefore Master & Slave are needed

When the XBB relay is used separately, the limitation is that it can handle auxiliary lights up to 15A.
Since many of today's LED ramps and auxiliary lights have significantly higher power, this is not enough for more demanding installations.
Luxtar's Plug & Play solution is therefore equipped with a powerful 80A relay (slave relay) and an additional relay holder for control via the XBB PowerUnit.

It allows installation of:

• Item no. 103220 – up to 40A / 500W (1 output)
• Item no. 103221 – up to 60A / 750W (4 outputs)

The result is a stable, safe and future-proof installation.

System function

The XBB PowerUnit controls the relay via output 2 (5A), which in turn activates the auxiliary light.
Output 1 (15A) is free and can be used for, for example, position lights or other products with a maximum load of 15A. Cable for output 1 is pre-assembled and included in the kit.

Compatibility & Installation

For the installation to work, you need:

• XBB OBD-II Dongle
• XBB PowerUnit

The relay cable set can be purchased separately or as a complete package together with the XBB OBD dongle and PowerUnit. Select the desired option from the product selections.
Fits most passenger cars with OBD socket and support for XBB's vehicle database.
