Do you want to make a return or exchange? No problem. All you need to do is follow the steps below. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to register your return. The return cost is SEK 99. In the event of a complaint, exchange, corporate or regular customer, we will of course cover the shipping. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.
Start your return or exchange easily via our digital returns portal.
Register returnPlace the items you have marked for return or exchange in the package. Attach the prepaid return label that the portal generates, over the original shipping label.
Drop off your return at the nearest post office or collection point. Keep the receipt until the return is confirmed.
We will start the refund process as soon as we have received and inspected your package. The return shipping fee of SEK 99 will be deducted from the refund amount (does not apply to complaints, exchanges, corporate or regular customers).
The return cost is SEK 99, which is deducted from your refund. In the event of a complaint, exchange, or if you are a corporate or regular customer, we are responsible for the return shipping.
The product is allowed to be returned if it is in new condition. That is, unused, in unopened original packaging and with all accessories. If you have purchased a product that does not fit, please contact our customer service who will guide you further.
Products that have been assembled, used, or where the packaging is broken/damaged cannot be returned. We also cannot accept returns on products that are specially ordered or manufactured to customer specifications.
You have 30 days to register your return, starting from the date you received your delivery.
