Luxtar Master & Slave x1 + XBB PowerUnit & Dongle

Smart lighting control via OBD-II

This package combines the XBB OBD-II Dongle and XBB PowerUnit with Luxtar's advanced Relay Cable Kit Master & Slave x1. The solution allows you to control auxiliary lights, LED ramps, work lights and reverse lights wirelessly via the car's OBD socket and the XBB app.

The installation takes place without connecting to the car's high beam signal, making the system ideal for modern vehicles with CAN bus. The dongle reads the car's signals directly via the OBD socket and sends them wirelessly to the PowerUnit relay that controls the lighting.

The system works on both 12V and 24V and can control up to four PowerUnits from the same dongle.

Master & Slave x1 – for high power

For powerful auxiliary lights, a standard relay is often not enough. The Luxtar Relay Cable Kit Master & Slave is therefore equipped with a powerful 80A slave relay that is controlled via the XBB PowerUnit.

This makes it possible to install significantly stronger lighting than a standard XBB relay can handle.

The system enables, for example, the installation of:

• up to 40A / 500W (1 output)

• up to 60A / 750W (4 outputs)

The result is a stable, safe and future-proof installation even for very powerful LED ramps and auxiliary lights.

Easy installation and flexible control

Installation is plug-and-play and only requires the dongle to be plugged into the car's OBD socket. The PowerUnit is then paired in the XBB app where you can choose which functions should activate the lighting.

For example, you can control the light via:

• high beam

• reverse gear

• position light

• DRL

• manual activation via app or XBB Smart Button

The relay cable set is dimensioned for high loads and comes with waterproof Deutsch connectors for a professional and reliable installation.

Compatibility

The system is developed for modern vehicles with OBD sockets and supported by XBB's vehicle database. New vehicle profiles are added continuously via app updates.
