This is a classic sign that the lamp has a too low or non-existent EMC (electromagnetic compatibility) rating. It simply emits too much radio interference. All of our professional work lights are ECE R10 approved or have an even higher CISPR rating to guarantee interference-free operation.
Yes, absolutely. Almost all of our construction lighting is built with "multivolt" technology, which means that it automatically adapts to the voltage it receives, usually within the range of 9-36V. This means you can safely mount the same light on both a small machine and a heavy truck.
IP68 guarantees that the lamp is completely waterproof when submerged. IP69K is a tougher industry standard that guarantees that it can also withstand being blasted with a high-pressure washer with 80-degree water at close range. If your machines are regularly washed with a high-pressure washer, IP69K is a strong recommendation to ensure a long service life.
For mounting on a moving arm, where the light needs to illuminate a specific area at close range, we recommend a work light with a very wide and "diffused" light pattern. This provides a soft and shadow-free light that reduces glare and makes it easier to work with precision.
