The xenon look with H15 lamp base is achieved with Osram Cool Blue Intense Generation ll.
Some VWs and others have H15 as a combined daytime running lamp (DRL) and main beam. With this lamp you get a whiter light of about 4200K compared to standard 2700-3000K and up to about 20% more light compared to standard halogen lamps.
