The order has not been shipped yet.

We will process orders placed before 2:00 PM the same day. Fill out the form below and we will try to stop the order before it leaves our warehouse. If it does leave our warehouse, we will handle the case as a regular return.

The order has already been shipped.

Please notify us via the form below within 14 days. Then return the item within 14 days, unused and in its original packaging with all accessories.

Return fee when you use our return shipping label: Sweden 99 SEK, Norway 295 SEK, rest of EU 150 SEK. We will refund no later than 14 days after we receive the return, or after you have shown that it has been sent.
