We have collected the lighting that fits the Ford C-Max 2007 to 2010. Depending on the model, the C-Max uses D1S, H7 or H1. Here we list the right choice for each position, along with additional lights and ballast.
C-Max uses D1S for xenon or H7 for halogen in the low beam. Check the headlight type to choose the right one.
Halogen or xenon? Here's how to tell the difference
Xenon: white to blue-white light that comes on with a short flash and becomes fully bright after a few seconds. The car almost always has headlight washers and automatic level control. The socket starts with D, for example D1S or D3S.
Bi-xenon: xenon which also provides the high beam. The same bulb is used for low and high beam.
Halogen: Yellower light that lights up immediately without delay. The socket starts with H, for example H7 or H4.
Factory LED: bright white light in strips or small modules. Often there is no lamp to replace.
Still unsure? Look at the lamp you have today, in the instruction manual, or contact us with your registration number and we will help you.
If you choose Luxtar HERO, adjust the headlights down slightly after installation so that you do not dazzle oncoming traffic.
Both are available. Xenon gives a white to blue-white light that becomes fully bright after a few seconds, and the car usually has headlight washers. Halogen gives a yellower light that turns on immediately.
