Manage your return or exchange online
You have 30-day return policy from the time you receive your delivery – 100% satisfied or your money back.
To return an item, make sure it is in a condition that you yourself would have accepted to receive it in. On this page you can report and manage a return or complaint. Only valid for purchases made in our online store. where you received an order number (see your order confirmation).
If you want to exchange an item, please return it and then place a new order in the webshop. Alternatively, you can contact our customer service for assistance.
⚠️ Please note: In order to print a free shipping parcel (step 5) the item value must be at least 500 SEK.
If a cheaper product (e.g. a diode lamp or xenon lamp) stops working during the warranty period, and the return shipping cost is as high as the product value, we ask you contact our customer service at 0300-308 60 then we will find the most convenient solution for you.
Refund is made within 5 days from the time we have received your return and confirmed that you have the right to complain or cancel your purchase.
📌 Important: The Xenon King is responsible not for returns that are sent back to us before we receive them. Please make sure you use a trackable shipment for returns.
