CANM8 - Control current signal to Extra light 12V

For cars where no high beam signal is available to control auxiliary lights or lightbar via relay wiring or XBB.

CANM8 connects to the car's ODM port where it recognises the high beam signal.

This type of technical module is particularly required in newer cars with full LED lighting where both dipped and main beam are LED.

CANM8 may in some exceptions also be needed in other cases where the signal is not found or is difficult to access for ordinary relay wiring or XBB Dongle + Powerunit.

From programme version SKY-V2-176, a separate box is no longer needed for Volvo's CAN/LIN system. This box also works on these models.

Works on all Volvo 2017 and above.
