LED work light bars – elongated work lights that provide wide and even illumination. Mounted on the cab roof, front arch, bumper or rear end. Work light bars provide wider coverage than individual work light and is the best choice when you need to illuminate a large area. Sizes from 6″ to 40″.
A work light bar has multiple LED modules mounted in a row in a common housing. This provides a wider beam of light compared to individual work lights, which is an advantage when you need to illuminate a large area – for example when loading a trailer, working around an excavator or as general lighting on a construction site.
The difference from a regular LED ramp for driving lights is that work light bars usually have a flood light pattern (wide spread) and are optimized for close-up lighting rather than range. They are also more common in shorter sizes – 6″ to 20″ – which are suitable for machine mounting.
Assembly
Work light bars are mounted with the included U-brackets or L-brackets that are screwed on. Popular mounting locations are cab roofs (facing rearward on tractors), front arches, on weights and loaders. All of our work light bars are 10-30V rated and have a minimum IP67 rating.
