CANNECT RESEARCH & UPDATE INTERFACE (CANNECT Rui)

This is an important tool for our remote update service. The new RUI has a faster processor and a new design that enables improved support functions.

CANNECT Rui is a two-way device that allows our partners to download the latest software updates and car-specific installation instructions from our portal.
This service is compatible with most of our range and allows our partners to update their products to the latest software for up to 1 year after purchase, free of charge.
This means that our partners will always have compatibility with the latest vehicles released, provided that the necessary data is available on the vehicle's bus system.

The interface also acts as a CAN Bus reader and allows us to remotely fix technical problems.
With vehicle manufacturers constantly innovating their platforms and releasing new vehicles all the time, this can make it difficult for many companies to keep track. 
But by connecting RUI to a laptop and the vehicle, we can log in remotely over the internet and fix and programme any compatibility issues within an hour.
This means that when new vehicles are released, we can offer our RUI partners immediate compatibility.
