The lantern is constructed in Aluminium, the lens is in Polycarbonate class 5 and the bracket is in stainless steel. This gives a really solid lantern that will not give way at first.
To get a perspective on how much it actually shines, with its 46400 lumens, consider that a car with Xenon gives about 6800 lumens in total. With both lights!
