What is fly rust?

Small iron particles that come from brake dust or studded tires and other metal particles from other vehicles, these settle on the paint and appear as small yellow-orange particles.

How to use our Relive Air Rust Remover:

1. Spray the rust remover onto the rims or directly onto the paint.
2. Leave on for about 5 minutes, the product will turn purple when it is ready to be rinsed off. For heavy soiling, a brush can be used to loosen stubborn dirt (do not let dry).
3. Do not let the product dry out.
4. Rinse thoroughly with water.

This is an extremely effective product for removing fly rust and cleaning rims. It reacts quickly with metal particles from brake dust and fly rust, dissolving them in just a few minutes. Thanks to its pH-neutral and acid-free composition, it can be used safely on most types of paint, plastic and metals, including polished surfaces and Alcoa. Note: Do not use on spray-painted surfaces or equivalent single-component paint!

It also has cleaning properties that make it easy to remove common dirt at the same time. Cleaning rims becomes a smooth and easy process, especially after a day at the track or a long ride on winding roads. When the product is ready to be rinsed off, it changes color to purple, which usually happens after 2-5 minutes. Also works great on paint to dissolve rust. At temperatures below 10 degrees or when the surface is cold, a longer exposure time is recommended for best results! 

Note: Do not apply to hot surfaces.
